We don't really care, but she's such an easy target!
Esha Deol has been Missing In Action for more than half a year. I don‘t think anyone really gives a damn but she‘s so easy to poke fun at so we just had to inquire.
Esha‘s completely fallen off the radar and frankly no one‘s been looking for her either. But there‘s never a dearth of PR plugs and idea-strapped journo‘s who occasionally discuss what became of her. In our circles, that‘s called a slow news day!
Apparently, she‘d also fallen off the sobriety wagon. Some folks in the know, claim that she had to check herself into Rehab! Well with the doped out company of Zayed and Fardeen… this was on the cards. Apparently Esha is trying to mend her hard partying ways and focus on her career and do meaning films.
Spoken like a true fading star. Now that both her boy-toys are married and the wives certainly disapprove of Esha looming around their men.
Another drift in the industry is that Esha took some ‘much needed time off‘. Though, what she was taking time off from remains a mystery. Sure as hell wasn‘t her career, which could easily be mistaken for more of a hobby!
Maybe she‘s doing up her new house, working out, pretty-ing herself up, basically biding her time till some producer comes-a-knocking. But when they do come, the scripts they bring are not exactly National Award magnets!
You‘d think she‘d have done better with her parental gene pool. Hell the pride of the family name now rests in the hands of Cousin Abhay Deol. Between Bobby, Sunny and Esha the chances of a ‘Deol Renaissance‘ in Bollywood are all but lost.
Do we really have space for an arthritic dancing star, a perpetually angry Sardar and an stone faced Android?
Maybe the recession will spell retirement for the Deol clan.
