Where does Mandira Bedi fit in a celeb scenario?
Does Mandira Bedi actually deserve the celebrity status been bestowed on her?
The Bitch begs to differ. According to The Bitch, Mandy lacks the ‘it‘ quality that makes a celebrity.
The lass started on a decent note with the extremely popular Shanti, and years later in Kyuki wherein she played the role of a vamp.
A vamp who had a cushion hidden away in her saree to pose pregnant for months! Can you believe that? But with, Kyuki, everything‘s possible.
Suddenly ,one saw the wannabe hosting cricket matches and speaking absolute rubbish. The chick had no knowledge of the game, lacked the gift of the gab and smiled continuously as if she were doing us a favour.
If that wasn‘t enough, she wore sarees sans (I mean almost)blouses , flaunted her spaghetti straps, wore sarees sporting flags of various nations and what not.
And how can one forget the Ik Onkar tattoo on her back that sent the Sikh community into a frenzy.
Later , her hubby, director Raj Kaushal , cast her in his film , ‘Shaadi Ka Laddoo‘.
And The Bitch swears no one bothered. And why the hell were we subjected to ‘Meerabai Not Out?‘ Who could even dare to make or sell a film with Mandy as the leading lady? Are we joking here?
Mandy also posed for Maxim in bare essentials. Made no difference at all.
Why is she being hailed as a celebrity when she has nothing going for her? Just fluttering of eyelashes, smiling stupidly, talking utter nonsense and attending all the parties in town is all the lady is capable of.
Recently, she‘s had a ghastly haircut that makes her look like a boy from a Victorian novel. Of all the things, she ‘s judging a laughter challenge show these days.
The Bitch could easily figure she lacks the funny bone and is probably tickling herself (on the sly) to laugh at the jokes by the contestants.
It‘s time for more natural and talented celebs to do the talking and grace occasions.
