Liza Ray is almost 37 (Is that her true age?), and despite her hot bikini act in the Bombay Dyeing campaign years back, she couldn‘t make a mark.
Kats who is a mongrel like her has been lucky in this regard, though Kats likes to say luck has nothing to do with talent. Ya right! And Liza has never had any of it.
Just like her Hindi film career, ‘Kasoor‘, which bombed in Bollywood, she‘s never made a mark abroad also, despite claims of appearing in plum projects.
Disappearing and reappearing on and of has been her switch button approach right since the outset. After a long hiatus, this time around, she has come out of her hibernation with a lesbian act.
Shamim Sharif has signed her for not only one, but two films, ‘I Can‘t Think Straight‘, and ‘The World Unseen‘. And both the films star her and her lesbian co-star Sheetal Sheth. What a coincidence!
Now the Bitch knows what she has been doing all this while.
Both the ladies have apparently shed their clothes to do a love making scene in ‘I Can‘t Think Straight‘.
After several actresses refused the roles, it finally went to Liza and Shruti. However, the Bitch isn‘t too sure, as the scenes are supposedly aesthetically shot. My foot!
At one point of time, she had said that she is not too keen on Bollywood. So when was Bollywood ever keen on her?
‘Water‘ was a critically acclaimed film, but that didn‘t make any difference to her career. The Bitch has hardly seen her in any film after that.
Homosexuality, especially lesbianism, is by and large, still a taboo subject in India. Films like ‘Fire‘ and ‘Girlfriend‘ didn‘t go down well with the audience. So what makes this girl do a lesbian role at 37? Is she so desperate to make a come back or she genuinely enjoys the lesbian ‘act‘.
The Bitch feels you should retire and relax in the suburbs. With all your trials in ‘Hollywood Bollywood‘ you just might make a good Stepford housewife.

I always thought the reason she didn‘t click with Indian audiences is because she‘s too foreign-looking. And, unlike Katrina, she didn‘t have more established male stars to piggyback on.
Since she never had a career to "comeback" to, I say she probably enjoys the faux lesbian act. Either that or she‘s just trying to act in as many movies as she can while she‘s still considered young enough to not to have to play mom or aunty roles in order to work. | bheema
