Achint Kaur dons the scary avatar for a TV show
Television Industry‘s famous vamp Achint Kaur is doing a role that‘s close to her heart.
Yeah, of course!
After watching her play the scheming vamp in so many K- serials, the audiences are by now used to seeing her in roles like that. And she carries off that act really well. She also seems comfortable in her skin as she does it. That very well gives out the impression that she‘s in love with such roles and made for things like that.
The same kind of stuff, day in day out doesn‘t bore her at all. But that‘s how our good old TV actors are, isn‘t it?
This time around Achint will be seen playing a witch in ‘Aaryyan‘ on NDTV Imagine.
By the way, The Bitch has not even heard about a serial with that name, forget about watching it. But it‘s really exciting to see Achint zero in on that role. But considering her on-screen image, it doesn‘t come as a surprise in any way.
The only difference here is that she is putting on even more make up for the perfect scary look! One look at her pics and you know the effect is ghastly indeed!
Looks like Shabana Azmi‘s witch act in ‘Makdee‘ inspired the makers quite a bit.
In the show, she will be seen performing witchcraft on ten young children on a dark Amavasya night to regain her youth and beauty.
When contacted Achint said, "Yeah, I am playing the role of a witch on NDTV Imagine‘s ‘Raajkumar Aaryyan‘ and I am really looking forward to it! It will be a cameo role in which I play the character of Chudail".
She further adds, "The role is about a witch who does black magic on kids to retain her beauty! It‘s fun to essay such roles on screen. When I got an opportunity to play this character I immediately grabbed it!"
Oh...so she was damn excited to do something so silly and juvenile!
But with less work in hand, she had to grab whatever came her way. And now she is feeling ‘oh so ashamed‘ to even admit it!
She doesn‘t mind that after this role, no one will probably come to her for beauty tips.
Anything for a role, huh honey?
The character of the witch which is introduced in the serial has a mean motive behind her ghastly face!
The witch admires Aaryyan‘s (the main lead) magnificence in her magical mirror and she desires to be his princess. To become a princess she needs to be beautiful and that‘s why she performs witchcraft on children.
Sounds like one of those old-time fairy tales.
Gawd...when are we going to see some original ideas on TV?
As of now, the producers are under the false impression that stuff like Achint‘s ghastly look is going to turn the viewers on!
