Singer Mika just can‘t ‘control his tongue‘. His verbal lashings are as popular as drunk-friendly music.
But, this time, even though he tried to actually convey something good, it has boomeranged big time.
That‘s why The Bitch says Mika, never cry wolf all the time!
Now not very long ago Mika had lambasted the music industry for their fake condolences over singer Ishmeet Singh Sodhi‘s untimely death.
The Bitch remembers Mika fuming and stating, "Where were these singers, Ishmeet‘s so called mentors and singing partners and his music show celeb judges when his body was brought back to India? All were busy giving sound bytes and expressing sorrow only on TV channels and later seen partying the same night at various events!"
By the way, Mika was present at Ishmeet‘s funeral and also donated a sum of Rs. 5 lakhs to the late singer‘s family members in Ludhiana.
Looks like Mika is aiming at the Good Samaritan tag this time around!
The Bitch has found out that the comments of the bad boy singer have not gone down well with the Bollywood music industry people.
So much so that all the over sensitive and showy people out there have decided to ostracize him completely for the same!
Mika got a taste of it first at a recent music concert in a North Indian town.
This concert was to have a host of Bollywood singers and singing reality show finalists participating in it. Mika‘s name had been short-listed too. But when these singers came to know about his inclusion, they clearly expressed their displeasure and offered to opt out of this concert.
Some even gave an ultimatum that either Mika or they would perform!
Gawd...these people can be damn nasty indeed! Bet if Mika had portrayed an understated image of himself in the past, life wouldn‘t have been so very difficult for him.
The organizers had no choice but to drop Mika. This news enraged Mika no end but he somehow controlled himself and said nothing. He loves to create hungama so much that The Bitch is sure that it must have been really very hard for him!
Mika got another bitter dose when a famous young female singer popular for singing item numbers simply refused to sing alongside him. The film makers then opted for another young upcoming singer but then she too put her foot down and backed out.
Really, these buggers do a lot to remain in the good books of people that matter.
Mika sensed something wrong and suggested Hard Kaur‘s name for the song. Basically he had no other way out!
When The Bitch investigated further, she found out that these two singers had declined to sing with Mika as they didn‘t want to face him after he had lambasted them on TV.
Well, Mika did do something good by exposing the hypocrisy of the music industry. The Bitch applauds him for the same.
But, maybe he needs to learn the difference between calling ‘a spade a spade‘ and calling it ‘a bloody shovel‘!
