Has been bumped off from Laughter Challenge by Perizaad Kolah
After being out of work for a long time, Shenaz Treasurywala had made a grand comeback to TV as the host of ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge‘ for its fourth season.
Obviously she was on top of the world as she kept chirping and gushing about the show. But her happiness has proved to be short lived.
As now the show has decided to give a big surprise to its loyal viewers by bringing back its old hostess, Perizaad Kolah Marshal.
The episodes with Shenaz in it had only gone on air from 6th June. So Shenaz could host it for just a few days!
Now, that‘s really sad!
So does that mean Shenaz with all her chirpiness and liveliness hasn‘t been able to tickle the funny bone of audiences?
Come on, no one‘s booted out of a show just like that!
The Bitch however has no complaints as she too was missing Perizaad‘s Hindi laced with her funny English diction!
It was great fun, really!
Actually Perizaad was the one who hosted the show from the time of its inception a few years ago. She then fell pregnant and left the show which was taken over by hosts like Shonali Nagrani and some other girls.
But nobody could match up to her popularity.
Perizaad who is super excited about coming back to the show says, "I have always enjoyed being associated with this show and it‘s been a brilliant journey so far."
She further adds, "I‘m very enthusiastic and looking forward to hosting the new season with new contestants and a dynamic judge like Shatrughan Sinha. We had planned this well in advance and therefore I was watching the episodes regularly."
Umm... the funny dame too can be diplomatic when needed. Why else would she develop amnesia about the currently missing in action, judge Shekhar Suman with whom she apparently shared a great rapport in the past?
The irritating jokes of Navjot Singh Sidhu‘s jokes and his intolerable laughing style is enough to give her the kicks, huh?
Shenaz Treasurywala on her part says, "This has always been Perizaad‘s show. I was just filling in for her while she was on maternity leave. I was only contracted for the preliminary rounds until she was ready to return."
Hmm...The Bitch quite understands that.
What else would she say about the raw deal she has got? Now she can‘t afford to express her displeasure over it. The poor girl hardly had any work in hand, now this too has been snatched away.
B- Town aspirations went for a toss and now things in Telly Land ain‘t looking bright too. Blame in on lack of expressions and poor acting skills, maybe!
The Bitch suggests a quick crash course in acting before another comeback.
