What are the househusbands doing while the wives are away?
How many of these husbands do we have who‘re living off their wives?
Television has quite a few cases to name a few. And it‘s been quite sometime since the law of hubbies being the bread winner was subverted. The Bitch thought of attacking a few such parasites.
Archana Puran Singh & Parmeet Sethi
Where‘s he? Better known as Archana Puran Singh‘s ‘wife‘, Parmeet has disappeared into the vast space it seems.
While APS is being paid to fake laughter and she does that so maniacally, the contestants want to flee, Parmeet is probably cooking rajma chawal and bringing up the kids at home , we guess.
The jobless actor is setting up a production house, we hear. But we‘ve been hearing that for donkey‘s years now and refuse to buy that anymore.
Shweta Tiwari & Raja Chaudhury
Now this one is quite a public nuisance. Wifey Shweta‘ s super success could never go down his throat, so he resorted to chimpanzee acts for cheap publicity.
The publicity actually helped him in getting to participate in Big Boss, the community of wannabes and losers.
He emerged as the most abusive and repulsive of the lot, with only Sambhavana Seth , another bimbo, as his competitor.
Post his defeat, he went all out and monkeyed around at parties, misbehaved with the press and all that. The Bitch is convinced that and it‘s a Abhimaan like situation leading to insanity.
Manini De & Mihir Mishra
Now we saw Mihir Mishra making an impact only on one show , Sanjivini, in which the doctors did everything except looking after their patients .And this was years ago.
The cute looking doctor settled down with Aunty Manini De who had just recovered from a toota foota marriage. The couple participated in a dance show and that was the last we saw of Mihir on TV. So while Manini De is still around (although doing precious little) being the bread winner, Mihir is chilling at home.
We heard him say on a talk show ‘ I have no issues with Manini earning more than me. We ‘understand‘ each other . Now sweety if only you had an option, would you have issues na?
Gurdip Kohli & Arjun Punj
Better known as Dr. Juhi Singh of Sanjivani, Juhi has had a flourishing TV career. But The Bitch can‘t say the same about hubby Arjun Punj . Post Sanjivini, the Bollywood bug bit him .
And he did a sleaze ball called ‘Time Pass‘ with the wannabe queen of sleaze Sherlyn Chopra (lesser known then). Does The Bitch need to say that no one saw the film?
He also starred in one or two untouchable flicks. We don‘t care. So, Arjun‘s career is practically over, we know Bollywood is a tough nut to crack. Gurdip is for sure packing Arjun‘s tiffin in the morning when the out of work guy leaves to struggle.
When will these guys realize that their biwis aren‘t money minting machines and start contributing in their own way, be it small.
The Bitch has no respect for these scumbags...do we?

Somehow I love Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi...they come across like an old fashioned "till death do us apart" couple. Good for them.

This was my first time reading the Bombaybitch and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Well I feel sorry for the guys you have mentioned of course except for the appalling, horrendous and disgusting Raja Chaudhury who definitely is good for nothing. For the rest we can at least say that they are going through a rough patch in their career but this creep is too awful. | Sharmishta
