Post Prem‘s death in October the TRPs of ‘Kiss Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil‘ were dipping and how. So Kapoor went through sleepless nights, racked her brain and came up with the ‘taaza‘ most idea she could have ever come up with. Let‘s bring Prem back to life she declared.
